Diervilla Cool Splash Honeysuckle

A vibrant, variegated shrub that brings movement, color, and pollinator appeal to the landscape. Cool Splash Bush Honeysuckle features gracefully arching branches lined with glowing white-variegated green foliage, creating strong visual contrast from spring through summer. Bright yellow, trumpet-shaped flowers appear in early summer and attract butterflies and hummingbirds.

This compact shrub matures at approximately 4 ft. tall and wide, making it an excellent choice for hedges, mass plantings, naturalized areas, and decorative containers. Best foliage color develops in full sun, though plants also perform well in partial shade. Hardy to Zone 4, this First Editions selection adapts easily to most soil types and performs best in evenly moist, well-drained conditions.

Its cascading form adds texture and dimension to both modern and natural garden designs while remaining manageable with light seasonal pruning.
