The Greenhouse Retail Team Member supports the daily operation of the retail greenhouse through a combination of customer service, plant care, inventory handling, merchandising, and production support. This position requires an individual who is dependable, adaptable, and prepared to perform both customer-facing and physically active work throughout the day. Team members may be assigned responsibilities across the retail floor, greenhouse, and production areas based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate point-of-sale registers and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, as assigned.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service, including assisting customers with questions and general product needs.
• Stock, organize, and maintain plant displays to support presentation, accessibility, and inventory readiness.
• Perform routine plant maintenance, including pruning, trimming, and deadheading, as needed.
• Move plant inventory throughout the retail sales floor and other designated areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading plant material and related inventory.
• Support plant production and general greenhouse operations as assigned.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe retail, greenhouse, and production work areas.
