Hoya Mathilde - 4" Succulents

Hoya ‘Mathilde’ is a beautiful, trailing tropical plant admired for its thick, glossy green leaves and elegant, cascading habit. Known for its compact yet lush growth, it’s perfect for hanging baskets, shelves, or as a decorative accent in indoor gardens. Over time, it can produce clusters of fragrant, star-shaped flowers, adding both charm and a subtle sweet scent to your space.

Care Guide:

• Light: Bright, indirect light is ideal. Can tolerate some filtered sunlight, but avoid harsh direct sun which may scorch the leaves.

• Watering: Allow the top 1–2 inches of soil to dry out between waterings. Water sparingly in winter when growth slows.

• Temperature: Prefers 60–80°F (15–27°C); protect from cold drafts and frost.

• Humidity: Enjoys moderate to high humidity. Mist occasionally in dry indoor conditions.

• Soil: Well-draining potting mix; a mix for succulents or epiphytic plants with added perlite or orchid bark works well.

• Fertilizer: Feed monthly during spring and summer with a balanced, diluted liquid fertilizer.

• Pruning: Trim back leggy or unruly growth to encourage fuller, bushier stems.

• Propagation: Easily propagated from stem cuttings in water or soil.
